RESTAURANT COMPANY LOOKING FOR MANAGER FOR RESTAURANT LOCATED IN THE GREATER PORT OF SPAIN AREA.
RESPONSIBLE FOR OPENING AND CLOSING OF RESTAURANT.
OVERSEE AND MANAGE ALL AREAS OF OPERATION, MAKING DECISIONS ON MATTERS OF IMPORTANCE AS GUIDED BY GENERAL MANAGER.
WORK WITH FINANCE DEPT RE INVOICING, REPORTING, PAYROLL & OTHER RELATED MATTERS. ALSO WORK TO INCREASE SALES AND MINIMIZE COSTS, INCLUDING FOOD, BEVERAGE, SUPPLY, UTILITY AND LABOUR COSTS.
RESPONSIBLE FOR FOOD SAFETY AND PLANNING AND ENSURING TOP LEVEL GUEST SERVICES.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR STAFF, INCLUDING, HIRING, TRAINING, SUPERVISING, DEVELOPMENT, MOTIVATION. ROSTER PLANNING, SCHEDULING.
COMPENSATION $8000.00 PER MONTH.
