HOTEL ON THE NORTH COAST Invites application for the following position:
RESERVATIONS/E-CHAT PERSONNEL Applicant should have the following minimum requirements:
· Tertiary Level qualification from a recognized institution or equivalent qualifications.
· Minimum of two (2) years related experience.
· A dynamic personality with a driven desire to satisfy customers’ needs
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Proactive and persuasive individual who will ensure maximization of online revenue.
· Strong computer skills with knowledge of computerized property/hotel management systems.
· Detailed oriented with excellent Time Management skills.
· The ability to speak a foreign language would be a distinct advantage.
· Be able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
