DIRECTV Trinindad Limted is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Regional Call Center Manager. This position which is based at our Trinidad office is responsible for providing best in class Customer Service.
Job Summary:
This position which is based at our Trinidad office is responsible for providing best in class customer service by planning and implementing Call Center strategies and operations; improving systems and processes; and managing staff through a team of first line supervisors.
The incumbent will be responsible for several units within the department including: Technical Support; Billings and General Inquiries and Commercial Skills which include Retention, Loyalty and Collections totaling at this time to more than sixty (60) employees. Success will be measured through several KPIs including: Service Levels, Average Handle Time, Abandon Rate, Technical Assistance per Subscriber and Churn.
