Controller Operations - Senior Associate
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Processing A/P, cash receipts, journal entries, disbursements, payroll, cash flow projections and bank reconciliations;
• Participating in orientation and development of new team members, acting as a resource to others;
• Responding to queries from staff and resolving issues;
• Preparation of supporting schedules for monthly financial statements; and
• Willingness to travel 10-20%
Qualifications and Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field of study, with 3-5 years’ work experience in a similar position, an international accounting designation is desirable;
• Respects and maintains confidentiality of client, staff and Firm information;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Ability to take initiative and responsibility for functions;
• Exhibits time management skills in meeting monthly deadlines;
• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills; and
• Provides excellent customer service

Line of Service Finance - Senior Associate
Responsibilities:
As a Line of Service Senior Associate located in Trinidad, you will join a growing finance team to provide support to leadership and client service personnel of PwC firms operating in the Caribbean. This will include support for day-to-day engagement management, technical and analytical assistance, creating routine and ad-hoc/exception reporting and taking ownership to maintain all appropriate financial reporting functions. You will work closely with the entire finance team to escalate findings and recommend solutions.
Qualifications and Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 2+ years’ experience in corporate accounting of financial analyst role or 5+ years’ work experience in a relevant finance or accounting position in lieu of degree;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Ability to take initiative and responsibility for functions;
• Time management skills and proven ability to meet monthly deadlines;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• General understanding of financial reporting systems and technology; and
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint
