The Position

Regional Compliance Officer

The incumbent will be responsible for assisting with reviewing controls, coordinating the Compliance function, completing reports for the region as well as ensurng that the department's targets are met.

Job Requirements to include the following:

• First Degree in Management, Economics, law or other Social Science programmes
• Five (5) CXC subjects (English & Mathematics compulsory)
• LOMA - AIRC or equivalent will be an asset
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Power Point)
• Three (3) years working experience in a Compliance environment
• Familiarity with the provisions of the Insurance Act and other AML/CFT legislations for the region

Supervisory skills

• Excellent Report Writing skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of Company's products and Insurance laws and regulations.
