Recruiting Officer

The Recruiting Officer executes en masse and standard recruiting strategies to source and evaluate potential recruits for the Company's Guard Force Service, while meeting recruitment quotas on an ongoing basis. The Recruiting Officer will complete the following:

• utilise an assigned budget to support recruiting activities
  
• seek candidates through a series of recruiting activities including but not limited to: cold calling, social networking, contacts listings, networking at job fairs and in the industry, company and/or community events, recruitment drives and community canvassing, advertising.  
• screen and process qualified candidates and maintain contact with candidates throughout the training process until the point of assignment.  
• develop and maintain statistical report formats on the quality and quantity of candidates and on the effectiveness of sourcing channels for executive review

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  
• Must like to interact with people at all levels
• A minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in recruiting and sourcing via en-masse approaches or through a staffing agency environment
• Experience in researching and analyzing market data related to recruitment
• Experience in preparation of adequate budgets and executive report formats
• Creativity, resourcefulness and a self-confident personality will be considered an asset
• Computer Literate  
  

Salary Range

$6,000 to 10,000
