The Receptionist/Front Desk Coordinator will be primarily responsible for giving support to administration and assisting Accounting Outsourcing with data entry.

The Receptionist/Front Desk Coordinator will be primarily responsible for giving support to administration and assisting Accounting Outsourcing with data entry. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Operates switchboard and takes incoming calls to the organization which includes screening emergency calls, taking message requests and transferring them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Sort  distribute, and address office and log foreign mail
  • Escort visitors through secured area
  • Distribute  stationery to employees and manage paper for printers
  • Order and maintain office stationery for employees and printers
  • Manage office petty cash
  • Manage and organize payments for standard bills and invoices
  • Provide assistance to Account Outsourcing by typing and formatting Financial Statements when required
  • Manage  and organize standard bills
  • Perform  and assist in any additional duties to enhance and support the operations  of the company
  • Provide  coverage to the Senior Administrative Assistant when required

Experience and Education Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a tertiary level education in business or relevant.
  • Secondary school education including the attainment of ‘O’ and/or ‘A’ levels in English Language and  Mathematics. The equivalent knowledge acquired through experience would  also be appropriate.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience in a professional environment.
