RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

The successful applicant will assist in the coordination, planning, organizing and control the activities of the entire operation.

  Applicants should satisfy the following minimum requirements:

  • Possess superior product knowledge of all food and beverage offerings;
  • Ability to Train, supervise and discipline restaurant staff for the efficient operation of the outlet. 
  • Ability to organize and conduct pre-shift/post-shift departmental meetings communicating pertinent information to the staff;
  • Ensure sufficient mis-en-place is available at all times to enable a smooth operation;

  Qualifications and Experience

  • Culinary institution or equivalent technical schooling or apprenticeship training
  • A minimum of three years’ management experience in fine dining restaurants
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
