Responsible for the overall operation of the venue and all profit centers – restaurant, bar, retail store, attraction and nightclub. Coordinates all facets of day-to-day operations including food & beverage service, financials, forecasting, recruiting, scheduling, entertainment, sales, marketing and guest services, to ensure positive performance to budget and standards.
