JOB SUMMARY
The Purchasing / Accounts Clerk coordinates with the Marketing, Warehouse and Stores Departments to facilitate and supply them with all the necessary outsourced goods and services. He/She is also responsible for validating and reconciling all purchases to process all the relevant information to pass onto the Accounts Payable Department.
MAJOR FUNCTIONS
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (Level 4)
ACCA Level 2 or higher
Three (3) to Five (5) years experience in Accounting / Purchasing.
Knowledge of AX Dynamics would be considered an asset.
The incumbent must be passionate and creative with strong analytical and negotiation skills with a basic understanding and application of Finance/Accounts.
