The Projects Manager will be responsible for the operations, operational expenses and daily management of the Projects department. This includes the overall management of all projects undertaken by Company measured against time and budget to ensure contractual obligations, through each project life cycle are met. The Projects Manager must possess the knowledge, experience and confidence to engage and professionally interact with the design professionals, consultants and clients while successfully directing the Site Superintendents/Project Coordinator, Estimators and other construction related personnel in planning, coordinating and safety executing the work in accordance with the contract documents, schedule and budget
