3. Guarantee the project delivery quality

   Requirements:

   1. Bachelor or above degree.

   2. Telecommunication or electronic major in University.

   3. Good work attitude and have deeply understanding company's culture.

   4. Has passport/drive license, Willing and able to business trip in Caribbean area

   5. More than 3 years telecommunication industry project management experence.

   6. PMP certification will be high priority.

   7. Know telecommunication equipment installation and process, OSP,FTTX and LTE will be priority;
