Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a Business related field from a reputable University and be a qualified Project Management Professional with three (3) years progressive experience in Project Management, at least one (1) of which must be at the Supervisory Level OR Executive Diploma/Diploma and five (5) years progressive experience in Project Management, at least two (2) of which must be at the Supervisory Level OR GMDP Certificate and seven (7) years progressive experience in Project Management, at least three (3) of which must be at the Supervisory Level. The ideal candidate must possess prior experience working on complex projects involving cross-functional and international project teams, as well as the ability to work on multiple complex projects concurrently. Proficiency in Microsoft Project software and MS Office suite, as well as the ability to work independently and with virtual teams are also required.
