The Projects Manager is responsible for the co-ordination and completion of projects and to this end will perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing progress of the project. Responsibilities also include property maintenance of all freehold & leasehold buildings and for the management of the Maintenance department
