Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for the ensuring that customer service targets are achieved.

KEY  RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains daily liaison with the client and the Operations Manager to improve and maintain service quality. 

• Reports all client concerns or complaints to the Operations Manager and work with the relevant functions to resolve or correct complaints.

• Identifies and communicates strategies aimed at improving the customer satisfaction at all client locations.

• Determines site specific objectives and conducts regular inspections to monitor performance against objectives. 

• Ensures strict compliance with the manpower requirements of the site.  Manage staffing to eliminate unnecessary overtime costs and staff shortages.

• Maintains an up-to-date staffing report of all security officers at key account customers.    

• Ensures that officers assigned to locations have received both site specific training and any additional or specialized training required, before posting the officer to the client assignment.  

• Daily briefing of security officers on the client’s security procedures and expectations before assigning officer to client location. 

• Conducts inspections of security personnel on all shifts to determine capability, appearance and general morale. 

• Conducts investigations, as and when required, and submits reports to the Operations Manager, making suitable recommendations

SPECIFICATION

• Minimum of five (5) years’ security supervision/ key account management 

• Degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Law Enforcement or related field would be an asset

• Military experience, or equivalent work experience.

• Strong supervisory skills and experience supervising a large number of employees

• Customer focused with good organizational and project management skills.
