Damus Limited is an ISO 9001-2008 certified and a leading Mechanical Construction and Maintenance Contractor in the Petroleum and Process Industries in the Caribbean Region. We are inviting applications  to fill the following position:

PROJECT ENGINEER

SCOPE:

The Project Engineer will be part of the Project Management Support Office Team, and assigned to support field mechanical construction teams on our projects. The incumbent will be required to prepare detailed Project Execution Plans and implement these on the project, while working in an ISO 9001 and STOW Certified organization.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• B.Sc. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical) OR MET/ MEEET/ CET Diploma with 5 years experience in a similar position
• Familiarity with ASME, API & ANSI Codes
• Effective leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Project Management software (MS Projects and/or Primavera)
• Working experience in Auto Cad and/or any design software

Experience:

• Preference will be given to candidates who have relevant working experience in Field Construction and Project Management with exposure in the following areas:
• Mechanical Construction (Piping, Tanks, Structural)
• PMBOK or other International Project Management Procedures
• Planning, Scheduling and Project Controls
• Estimating and Bid Preparations
