Production Clerk

The incumbent would be responsible for preparing production reports, daily data entry, liaising with Production and other related departments, maintaining all production documentation and records and monitoring material flow throughout plant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Compiling and verification of Production Sheets.
• Verification of finished goods
• Deliveries of finished goods, (Manufacturing Software system).
• Issuing of NR scrap (Manufacturing Software System).
• Accounting of Regrind.
• Updating Daily and End of Month Reports (Excel spreadsheets / Manufacturing software system).
• Requisitioning of Raw Material and Inputs.
• Updating run summaries for lines and machines.
• Maintaining Data for team reports.
• Printing of Production sheets
• Deliveries of finished goods (All Plastic Plants).
• Weekly and end of month stock take
• Accounting for Variances (EOM).
• Accounting for Incoming and outgoing material.
• Maintaining Input Cage.
• Filing of all documentation
• Any other duties as required

• Other Related duties as assigned
• Postings to other EIG sites/companies as assigned
• Assist in monthly/annual stock taking as required.
• Promote safety awareness and the development of a Safety Culture within the company.
• Liaise with external customers/contractors/suppliers as and when necessary

REQUIRED ABILITIES & SKILLS:

• § Good communication skills
• § Planning and Organizing skills
• § Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• § Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• § 5 CXC/GCE O’Level subjects
• § One to two years’ experience in related function in a manufacturing environment would be considered  an asset
