To co-ordinate and manage the branding and sales strategy and category with the advertising and promotions campaigns for all appointed Brands within the guidelines of their international marketing plans. Be a driver for growth of the Sales and Profitability of the designated brands to the company. The Product Specialist also develops aspects of the marketing function to meet the constant changes and competitive requirements of the food industry.
Key Performance Indicators (K.P.I.s)
ü Sales and Profitability growth for the products / brands within their portfolio.
ü Timely competition of all tasks as assigned and proactive work ethic to problem solving issues for designated brands.
ü Growth in market share, distribution and visibility of related product categories.
ü Achieving or exceeding sales targets and budgets for assigned brands
