Predictive Maintenance Technician

To execute works and provide technical support in the area of predictive maintenance.

 TOSL Engineering Ltd. is seeking to fill the position of Predictive Maintenance (PdM) Technician in the EngineeringProducts and Services Division. The position reports to the PdM Planner and the main aspect of this position is in the area of vibration analysis.

The details of this position are as follows:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conducts thorough vibration data collection exercises using relevant PDM Technology

 - Efficiently analyses all data and prepare appropriate reports

 - Conducts all tasks as per manufacturer’s recommendations and industrial codes & practices

 - Executes all jobs within required timeframe

 - Ensures that safety equipment is used properly at all times and that work is always carried out in a safe & efficient manner

 - Maintains appropriate documentation

 - Supplies supervisors with data and keep supervisors informed at all times

 - Is available for emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

 - Maintains effective communication with internal & external parties

 - Creates a positive environment conducive to the attainment of Divisional/Corporate goals

 - Promotes and ensures compliance with the HSSEQ system

 - Performs other duties as assigned or required

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

 - A diploma in MET/EEET or equivalent. A degree in Mechanical Engineering will be considered an asset

 - Certification in Vibration Analysis (MOBIUS or Vibration Institute CAT II)

 - Proficient in MOS programs

 - Excellent interpersonal and communicatio skills

 - Excellent analytical and time management skills
