PRECONCO LIMITED is the Caribbean’s premier manufacturer of precast and prestressed concrete products. Formed in 1993 Preconco started with just eight employees and has grown rapidly to a multi-million dollar operation with a staff of over 300. Since 1993, product turnover has increased significantly and Preconco now produces over 1,000,000 sq. ft. of prestressed Hollowcore flooring and over 2,000,000 sq. ft of wall panels each year. We specialize in the construction of structures for Condominiums, Hotels, Marinas, Commercial and Industrial buildings as well as residential houses. Preconco Limited is a member of the National Precast Concrete Association Inc. (NPCA), an international trade organization that represents manufacturers of plant produced precast concrete products. Preconco is also a member of the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) and Spancrete Manufacturers Association (SMA).
