Main Responsibilities:
a) Continuously seeks and capitalizes on opportunities to exceed the expectations of customers (internal and external) by placing a keen interest on understanding and effectively resolving customer-impacting issues in a professional and result-oriented manner.
b) Participates in the preparation of technical proposals of lesser complexity (voice, data, security, wireless and structured cabling) according to client's RFC's and RFP's.
c) Ensures that documentation and certifications required are included in each proposal as per company and manufacturer's standards.
d) Prepares preliminary cost estimates, once the scope of the project and technical configurations are defined and obtain the Pre-Sales Consultant Validation.
e) Provides information to the Purchasing Department regarding the product's specifications and configurations.
f) Responsible for Pre-sales support for Cisco Solutions.
g) Provides sales support for accounts in assigned territory.
h) Assists the technical and sales presentations for customers, partners and prospects.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
0-2 years' experience in Pre-sales support in Cisco solutions, with a Cisco partner.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Visio).
Internship with a technology company such as Cisco, Microsoft, TSTT, or Digicel would be a plus.
