JOB TITLE: Postpaid Commercial Manager (Haiti)
DEPARTMENT: Digicel Business

Role Overview:
The role of Post Paid Commercial Manager sits within the Digicel Business products team (Post Paid GSM, ICT & Advertising) and holds responsibility for all Post Paid products across all market segments in business (SoHo, SME, Corporate & Government) for Digicel Haiti.
The Digicel Business organization represents approximately 100 staff in Haiti, managing our complex and evolving portfolio, which today represents approximately 25 product families in the areas of; Post Paid GSM and ICT (such as Managed WAN Connectivity, Legacy Voice Services, Cloud Telephony, IoT / Machine to Machine, Cloud Security, Cloud Applications and Professional Managed Services), in addition to Media Solutions (Mobile Advertising and Wi-Fi solutions)
This new role will focus on the Commercial development of our Post Paid product family, to drive portfolio development and sales revenue growth
Primary objective of the job:
* Own and deliver on the Commercial proposition through deep dive analytics, competitor insight and close working with the sales and channel organizations.
* Own the Post Paid P&L matching resources against business development opportunities, maximizing portfolio growth for the organization
* Understand customer and competitor insight and define a market leading product portfolio across all aspects of the Digicel Post Paid family
* Develop and deliver on the cross sell and upsell strategies to deliver improved portfolio sales across Fixed and Mobile elements of our portfolio
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Commercial
* Development of Post Paid Commercial strategy to maximize customer lifetime value
* Understanding and developing the Enterprise customer base and creating commercial strategy to unlock customer revenue
* Clearly identify and articulate customer requirements and define commercial solutions (product, price, distribution, customer service) covering the identified needs and wants.
* Develop the organizational "Must Win' attitude in a dynamic and forward looking way, with particular emphasis and hands on engagement with the key must win deals.
* Drive business development across all segments, with a hands on focus on key channels including Government, Corporate and major partners.
Business Development
* Manage a sales & revenue budget with a team of direct reports and larger indirect teams and channel partners
* Account manage and develop key corporate & government relationships - this role will be the primary Executive contact for Senior management in corporate partners
* Develop internal support organization and drive performance through the team of high performing sales people in multiple cultural environments
* Develop country growth plans in conjunction with the country manager
* Prioritize organizational focus on profitable and winnable business
* Motivation and development of the wider organization
Relationship Management
* Operation with the senior leadership team within Business Solutions
* Leveraging outputs from all other business units through cross functional programs
Academic qualifications and experience required for job:
* Degree level (minimum)
* 3 years or more Post Paid experience
* Significant on the job training and experience

* New business development - track record of developing new channels or revenue streams
* Customer focused - excellent relationship building and management skills
* Very strong communications skills supported by excellent interpersonal skills
* Able to motivate and strongly influence others

* Internally - All stakeholder departments required to execute (Technology, Operations, Customer Care, Commercial & Marketing, Sales , Legal & Regulatory, International Business etc), General Staff , Managers, Directors and CEOs of the local office and other business units.
