| The Seamen and Waterfront workers Trade Union (SWWTU) joined with other private sector organizations and decided to share a vision, to employ retirees from the Port, who were still able and willing to contribute their time to productive employment.
That year was 1995 when the company embarked upon providing workers (Labour) and preparing payrolls for companies wishing to out source their labour requirements. The company started with twenty five employees and the payroll has grown to in excess of three hundred employees covering weekly, fortnightly and monthly workers. The employees no longer come from the Port only but from all sectors of the community. The company is located in Maraval, Port of Spain in the compound of M&M Insurance Services Limited (Insurance Brokers) and has been there since its inception. The company in turn has outsourced its administrative requirements to affirm of accountants and Auditors in the name of Andre Alphonse & Company.
