To ensure that all jobs are properly scheduled and planned in accordance with company policies/procedures
Reporting Line
Reports to the Project Manager, or his designate
Principal Responsibilities
Producing schedules for projects complete with resource loading for individual projects as assigned by the Project Manager or Client Rep.
Producing all schedules in accordance with work plans and resources.
Ensuring that each schedule is base lined for subsequent tracking of progress.
Updating schedules on a daily basis inclusive of approved progress reported formats obtained from the field supervisors or Project Leads.
Ensuring that each schedule is progressed according to individual timetables.
Creating master schedules of STS projects complete with all resources allocated.
Ensuring that all schedules are linked to a master schedule which will show allocation of all resources and availability of spare resources for other deployment.
Producing daily operations report for the Project Manager and Key Account Manager, outlining progress of each job and allocation of manpower at all onshore and offshore locations.
Assisting Department Coordinators in planning and scheduling tasks as required. NB: Schedules are also required for in-house jobs.
Assisting the Projects Team in development of work plans and schedules for tenders and proposals.

Qualifications
Technician Diploma in Project Management or equivalent
