Pharmaceutical Territory Sales Manager

 

ParagonMeds is looking for a person to join our pharmaceutical sales team. We are seeking an individual with at least two years of experience and has a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare market in Trinidad and Tobago

 

*Primary Responsibilities:*

The primary objective of the Territory Manager is cultivating relationships with pharmaceutical wholesalers and pharmacies in Trinidad. The sales representative will be supported in this initiative with tools and promotional resources designed to have local impact. The Territory manager will need to understand the pharmaceutical regulations in Trinidad.

 

*Education Requirements and Certifications:*

* Must have high school diploma or equivalent

* Bachelor degree is preferred but not required

* Minimum 1 year of successful Business to Business sales experience or similar related experience

* Demonstrated ability to learn and apply pharmaceutical and scientific product-related information

* Consistent track record of quantifiable/documented sales accomplishments 

* Demonstrated ability to plan, analyze and act upon sales data within an assigned geography

* Solid business acumen including excellent and persuasive business communication

* Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise good business judgment and discretion and to analyze and address territory opportunities and build key customer relationships

* Ability to travel as necessary is required
