Personal Admin Assistant to Technical Director – IT Division – Based in Ocho Rios
Plan, organize and creating reminders for meetings and appointments
Conduct Research and presenting suitable findings
Follow up with team members re daily task assignments
Manages the technical support system (Help Desk)
Assist with IT project documents preparation and completion
Create Purchase orders and monitor flow
Maintain vendor relationships
Provide technical support to other business units
Ensure Director is working according to schedule
Perform all administrative duties associated with the role
Skills/Qualification
Excellent writing and oral skill
Knowledge and aptitude for researching required
Comfortable with the use of technology to carry out tasks and assignment
Must possess strong administrative skills
Must be adaptable, innovative and display a high degree of professionalism
