To manage the Agency’s finances in accordance with the FAA Act and Financial Instructions to Executive Agencies
Under the general supervision of the Audit Supervisor Performance/IT - plans, conducts and leads the assigned audit team in the examination of management and performance audits. S/he is also responsible for drafting reports on findings and recommendations for the review of the Audit Manager
The ICT Support Technician - Hardware maintains in-house technology equipment and ICT assets.
Reporting to the Head of ICT Business Systems, the Business Analyst supports the Agency’s strategic aims by assisting users to determine business goals and objectives and the formulation of conceptual models for automated applications
To coordinate performance management activities and outcomes and provide ongoing analysis of the capability of the Agency’s organizational structure to respond to service demands thereby ensuring that the Agency is able to achieve its objectives.
To plan and manage the audit engagement executed by teams, in accordance with the provision of the Financial Administration and Audit Act, laws, regulations and guidelines established by the Government of Jamaica
To develop, implement and communicate Human Resource policies and procedures for recruitment, retention and development of staff that are competent and motivated to perform their roles and functions in accomplishing the Agency’s mission, goals and objectives
The Facilities Manager supports the organizational strategy by providing effective leadership, direction and guidance to the maintenance team in the execution of various projects/tasks, upkeep of facilities and fleet, and responsiveness to stakeholders in facilitating a productive work environment
