This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded offshore law firm with a reputation as an excellent place to work. Our client is looking for a bright, enthusiastic individual with a strong Litigation Paralegal background.

Duties:

• Billing
• Applicants should have not less than five years relevant legal secretarial experience with typing speeds at a minimum of 70 words per minute
• Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, iManage, CORIS, Sage Time Slips (or equivalent)
• The formation of companies, vessel registration, preparation of minutes and resolutions, liaising with US counsel, secured lending, compliance administration of databases, accounting and annual filings with various government departments.
• The ability to work overtime on short notice when necessary is required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role
• Law degree or Paralegal qualification preferred
• Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook are essential in order to be successful within this role.
