Background on the role:
Due to exciting changes within the business, our client a leading financial services organisation on the island, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Paralegal to join their team.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Reviewing all relevant documentation and collating
reports on same as part of the due diligence process
- Preparation of advice notes
- Drafting board minutes and resolutions for ongoing transactions
- Scheduling, collating and organising documents in a document management process
- Drafting and issuing invoices and liaising daily with key clients and customers
Successful candidate:
- You will have a Law degree, ideally with a post-qualification
- At least 3-5 years of relevant Paralegal experience
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to think on your feet and superior time management skills
