Job requirements:

 

  • Analyzing stock levels and coordinating orders from foreign suppliers.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to guarantee optimum pricing and terms.
  • To liaise with freight companies and handle the logistics of all incoming shipments
  • To update team leaders on the arrival and clearing status of shipments.

Educational Requirements:

 

  • Advance Certificate in CIPS (Purchasing & Supply) or equivalent.
  • Computer Literate
  • Familiarity with Customs Regulations, requirements and Procedures

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

 

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent customer service skills/ analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills.
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Good execution and evaluation skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
