PROJECT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

JOB SUMMARY

Our Client is seeking candidates to fill the position of Project Maintenance Technician.  The Project Maintenance Technicians  will be required to work with European equipment suppliers and local installation contractors to establish maintenance protocols and procedures for plant equipment and utilities – safely, on-time and on-budget. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical and electrical plant and equipment problems.
• Diagnose recurring mechanical and electrical system problems and recommend and carry out corrective action.
• Calibrate process control equipment in accordance with approved specifications and maintain required records.
• Prepare maintenance reports and records in accordance.
• Carry out basic welding functions

REQUIREMENTS:

• MEET Technician’s Diploma or higher
• At least two (2) years working experience in a maintenance environment in a manufacturing industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Certified in hydraulic and pneumatic systems and basic electrical troubleshooting
• Must be able to work on a twelve (12) hour continuous roster.
