PRODUCT/BRAND MANAGER-MOBILE DIVISION

The Role

  • Possess and develop a strong understanding of the product category, market, and growth opportunities in order to develop a vision and then implement strategic and targeted action plans to achieve goals.
  • Research product landscape to keep current with industry trends and pricing dynamics in the consumer-product goods space.
  • Present short term and long term strategic category business plans and status reports to upper management.
  • Monitor sales reports and conduct financial analysis in order to identify business opportunities and identify and close gaps in order to meet and exceed key performance indicators.
  • Actively manage, mentor, and develop a team of external buyers and internal sales representatives.
  • Deliver results while dealing with lots of ambiguity and change.
  • Ability to influence and work well with other departments. 

The Preferred Candidate:

  • Marketing Management and/or Business Degree. 
  • Experience building long-term relationships with vendors.   
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a proven track record of delivering results while working on multiple projects.   
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge and depth in related products and technologies such as mobile phones.
  • Commercially minded with exceptional negotiating and relationship-building competencies.
  • Self-driven with superior oral, written and interpersonal relationship skills.
