We invite applications for a new Digicel Opportunity - Business Solutions Outbound Call Centre SALES Agent - Recurring Revenue

Primary objective of the job:
The main objective of this individual will be to grow recurring business solutions revenues through assigned channels and to build and develop relationships with relevant parties in accordance with business strategy. The candidate will have to achieve set targets & objectives drawing on all products within the Business Solutions Product Portfolio. To achieve this primary objective he/she will prospect for recurring revenue opportunities for Digicel business by calling existing clients and new prospects.
Objectives:
- To achieve sales targets from new orders in the assigned channels and accounts, and retain revenue within these accounts
- To introduce business solutions and lead generation campaign initiatives as required
- To identify, qualify and close business to meet set targets
- To identify and pass-on to relevant business unit, opportunities for cross-selling other Digicel Business services
- To build relationships with customers and prospects
- To work closely with Service Delivery and Premium Corporate Customer Care (PCCC)team to ensure customer orders and services are delivered and activated promptly

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Place outbound calls to current and potential customers to prospect and sell Digicel Business products and solutions.
- Place calls for promotional pricing campaigns.
- Remain current about Digicel products and services.
- Liaise with Dealers and channel partners
- provide information on products and services
- training and support
- Perform other duties as required.
Academic qualifications and experience required for job:
- 5 CXC or GCE O'Level passes or CAPE including English Language and Mathematics or a quantitative subject
- 2-5 years telesales or related experience in a business to business outbound environment.
- Experience selling technology solutions
- High energy, self-motivated, enthusiastic, ambitious, goal-oriented, and success driven

- Telecoms experience
