The organization consists of two co-ordinated companies. Oscar Francois Limited, which handles marketing, sales, warehousing and direct national distribution and Intersol Limited, a company organized under the aegis of the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC), which permits duty-free importation of raw and packaging materials as well as machinery. Intersol Limited is a licensed manufacturer of international brand name products and an exporter of its own brands to Caribbean countries.
The Incumbent will be provides secretarial & administrative support to the Purchasing & Customs Supervisor in the first instance. Takes initiative to solve problems, provides follow-up and ensures that tasks and requests for information are executed in a timely manner.
The Incumbent will be responsible for supporting the execution of our distribution and manufacturing company’s talent strategy by providing operational support in the various human resource functions, including Recruitment, Employee Orientation and Training.
