OPERATIONS MANAGER

Core Function:

• The candidate should have a crucial role in the development and implementation of the strategic business objectives to achieve operational performance targets while ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures

Responsibilities:

• Supervise work activities of operations personnel
• Plan, organize and direct operational activities
• Ensure all jobs are performed in accordance with contract specifications
• Laise with Administration department in Human relations functions as it relates to the personnel employed by the company

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Management or related discipline
• Experience in the Electrical Industry would be an asset
• Five years experiences in operational activities
