To provide support to the Chief Operating Officer - Caribbean towards successful achievement of strategic and operational objectives established for Group & Life Insurance Administration and Information Systems Department.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly overview of the Region, including a review of socio-political and economic trends
- Monitor and follow-up with Operations Managers, Country Managers and other Business Units to ensure timely receipt of regular or ad hoc reports
- Collate and compile reports for submission to relevant parties as per the Recurrent Reports Schedule or as required by the COO from time to time
- Research, analyse and provide summary findings on all Production Reports submitted by Operations Managers, Country Managers and other Business Units
- Review and develop business cases for Operations
- Prepare presentation materials as may e required by the COO
- Collate and review Operations Department annual budgets for submissiion to Finance
- Review product contracts and other documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with set organizational parameters
- Coordinate with relevant Business Units to prepare and or update an Annual Operations calender / programme of events
- Provide administrative support functions
Requirements
- BA/BSc in Business Management, Economics or Accounting
- Two years working expereince in a similar position
