Online Content Moderator
Job Description
The Online Content Moderator will implement the Company’s Online Content Moderation Strategy which involves monitoring and moderating user-generated content to ensure that the online community is maintained as a safe, visually pleasing and customer service oriented environment for all website users. This role reports to the Head of Product Development to support the business’ mission, promoting excellent customer service and helping to cultivate a strong community and premium user experience around the brand.
