Required for a well-established Hotel in Kingston

The ideal candidates must possess:

• Relevant qualification from a recognized institution. 

• At least four (4) years ‘rounded’ Hospitality Management experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to train, lead, and motivate staff.

• Strong interpersonal skills combined with a proactive, innovative, creative, highly organized leadership style with a hands-on approach to management.

• Sound knowledge of inventory management and have the ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting all applicable deadlines.

• Excellent Time Management and problem solving skills.  Must be able to think quickly on one’s feet.

• A valid Food Handlers Permit and the  ability to work shifts, Public Holidays and weekends

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage management would be advantageous

• Ability to speak a Foreign Language would be an asset.
