The incumbent will ensure the strategic and operational management objectives of the Laboratory Services at the NWRHA are delivered in an efficient and effective manner in accordance with quality health care standards
The General Manager, Quality is required to operate at the strategic level in the development, implementation and evaluation of Quality Improvement (QI) Programmes and Risk Assessment in the NWRHA, geared towards the facilitation of the Accreditation process.
To establish and maintain Systems, Processes and Procedures for the sustainable reconciliation of Employee, Management and Union interests and to ensure that the Authority provides fair, just, equitable remuneration and related benefits.
This position is responsible for leading the organization through the accreditation process. The Accreditation Coordinator acts as a link between the organization and the accrediting body and is critical to the success of accreditation initiatives.
