MANAGER- TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

The Manager, Training and Development is a key member of the strategic team and is responsible for the effective and efficient development, coordination and execution of relevant and appropriate training plans and programmes for all employees in the North Central Regional Health Authority.

General Manager, Human Resources

Responsible for ensuring that Human Resources activities and supports are proactively responsive to the strategic objectives of the Authority.

SENIOR DENTAL SURGERY ASSISTANT

To provide clinical and supervisory leadership to ensure that all Dental Surgery Assistants (staff) performance objectives are met.

MANAGER, EMPLOYEE SERVICES AND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS

To provide the Authority with prompt and effective services in all precedent and incidental matters associated to its relationships with the employees and their representative unions/associations concerning terms and conditions of employment.

MANAGER, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Responsible for the effective management of the North Central Regional Health Authority’s Compensation and Benefits Administration function.

LEGAL OFFICER

To assist in the preparation of briefs for litigation matters, researching laws and regulations as well as facilitating the implementation requirements of the Freedom of Information Act.

HOUSE OFFICER (Respiratory Medicine)

Responsible for diagnosing and administering general medical treatment to patients in a hospital or through extension services at a Clinic, School or Clinic Mobile or other designated place.

GENERAL MANAGER, NURSING SERVICES AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Responsible for ensuring that the Nursing Care Services throughout the Region are organised to provide the delivery of quality care in an efficient manner.

General Manager, Primary Health Care Services

Responsible for planning, organising and directing the Primary Health Care efforts, and ensure the availability exists for all logistical and technical resources support required for the successful delivery of Primary Health Care at the various Clusters.
