Reporting to the Managing Director, the Food & Beverage Manager plans, organises, directs and evaluates the operations of the kitchens, restaurants and bars.  The F&B Manager candidate would have at least 8-years combined senior F&B and/or F&B Management experience.

A Maintenance Supervisor with Electrical Certification is needed.  The Maintenance Supervisor is responsibility for the general maintenance and repairs of the hotel, including air-conditioning units, generator and water pumps.
