Monitor and Evaluation Specialist
The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist oversees and guides implementation of the Performance Management Plan (PMP) for the Caribbean Marine Biodiversity Program (CMBP), a regional marine biodiversity program supported by the United States Agency for International Development. This position reports to the Deputy Director of CMBP.
Location: Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic preferred; Kingston, Jamaica and St. George’s, Grenada also considered.
Term: This position has an end date of September 28, 2019
The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will collaborate closely with a wide range of TNC and partner staff involved in CMBP, particularly: (i) TNC Seascape Specialists in all four target seascapes; (ii) CMBP Deputy Chief of Party and Marine Manager; (iii) M&E Working Group (iv) regional staff and senior management in TNC’s Caribbean Program (e.g. Director of Science and Conservation; and (v) CMBP sub-award partners in all four target seascapes.
