Merchandising Executive
The Merchandising Executive is responsible for ensuring that all non-media communication in stores that fall under their supervision is updated at all times. This includes but not limited to price tags, descriptors, posters, CWGs, T-Frames, brochure holders, dummies and live devices (where applicable).
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
To ensure that stores are merchandised according to Digicel's retail standards
Ensure products and prices are displayed as per Digicel's standards and ALL Digicel's products are adequately represented in dealer locations
Maintain adequate inventory levels of collateral and ensure deployment within specified timelines.
Visits all Flagship stores weekly, all other stores twice monthly.
To ensure that all rollouts are completed in the specified timeframes communicated. This may include weekends depending on when the rollout is scheduled.
To ensure reports on store visits are completed and submitted weekly.
To ensure that all stores contain correct and updated marketing material in all fixtures based on the approved layout.
Required to work weekends during construction, renovations, rollouts etc.

Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 CXC O' Levels
Experience in a similar capacity in a fast paced consumer goods environment
Experience in Retail Merchandising would be an asset
Must own a vehicle
Knowledge of a second language (Spanish, French, etc) would be considered a valuable asset.
Attentive to detail
Confidentiality and trustworthiness.
Initiative and resourcefulness in the conduct of duties.
Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to relate to a diverse working environment.
Computer Literate in a Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc)
