Who we areA partnership between Alcoa Inc. and the Government of Jamaica, Jamalco has been a member of the Jamaican community since 1959. Jamalco mines bauxite in the hills of Manchester, refines it into alumina at a refinery in Clarendon, and ships alumina from its port facility at Rocky Point.
