Massy Energy Fabric Maintenance, formally Caribbean Insulation Services Limited was incorporated on 22nd May 1979 and we became part of the Massy Group in June 2013. Massy Energy Fabric Maintenance employs a highly trained permanent staff of fifty four, comprising of managers, supervisors, engineers, technicians, accounting and administrative personnel and a contract labour force of over one thousand. The organisation has built an impressive track record by providing products and services to the petrochemical and spin-off industries.
Our company has been involved with all the major construction projects in Trinidad and the wider Caribbean and are currently recognized as the largest Insulation, Refractories, and Fireproofing contractor and supplier in the Caribbean. Over the last fifteen (15) years we have diversified into the related areas of Scaffolding, Industrial Coating and Abrasive Blasting. This horizontal integration of services has enhanced our ability to compete successfully against local and international competition on multi-disciplined projects. More recently we have added the disciplines of Rope Access Technology, Mechanical Grouting and Fibreglass to our portfolio securing a sustainable position as an Integrated Services Provider.
Massy Energy Fabric Maintenance has successfully completed green-field and brown-field projects in Suriname, Guyana, the Caribbean Islands including Trinidad and Tobago and Barbados. Further, Massy Energy Fabric Maintenance can add value to our service by preparing specifications meeting internationally recognized standards, engineering solutions, negotiating supply and delivery of materials, and undertaking the management of the project in our areas of specialization.
