Marketing Representative- Audio Visual

MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE (AUDIO VISUAL)

The Marketing Representative will be responsible for the sales and marketing of Audio Visual Equipments. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration by effectively selling the company’s line of audio visual equipment and/or related services. Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Establishes, develops and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers.
• Presents the company’s line of products to clients with the aim of achieving sales targets and also follows up on referrals and new leads.
• Makes telephone calls, visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
• Negotiates with clients and finalize sales.
• Develops clear and effective written proposals and quotations for prospective customers.
• Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Keeps management informed by submitting daily activity sheets and reports.

Requirements:

• A Diploma in Marketing (would be an asset)
• A minimum of four (4) years sales experience (technology sales would be an asset)
• Must have a good knowledge of Audio Visual Equipment
• Must have experience in prospecting, cold calling clients and lead generation
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must have experience in negotiating with clients and closing deals
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• The ability to multitask effectively
• Must possess a good working vehicle and a valid Driver’s Permit
• Ability and willingness to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
• Development of sales and new business opportunities in specific brands and solutions.
