To assist in developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives.
Duties and Responsibilties but not limited to:
To evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed.
To oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activites.
To foster and build relationship with key clients and thus acquire more clients
To ensure positive execution of all promotional activities at venue.
Facilitate the committee; ensure all committee members are managed and conduct their responsibilities in an accordance with the committee contract.
Liaise with the Graphics department to help to create graphics that are representative of each event, in keeping with the image of the business, as laid out by the general manager.
Relationships and Roles;
To demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
To build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive excution, foster innovation, focus on delivery to customers. collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationshipswith all support departments.
Job Specifications;
Degree/Diploma in Marketing
Approximately 4-6 years of sales experience in the marketing industry/Public Relations
Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
If applicable, a willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
