Marketing Manager – Wines and Spirits Division
The Role:
The role offers an exciting blend of objectives and responsibilities. Tasked with developing strategic plans and turning these plans into reality, the candidate will keep abreast of marketing trends while anticipating new trends and growth opportunities. Meticulous with experience in analyzing and interpreting technical information, translating this knowledge for team members. Other responsibilities include:
Portfolio Management: develops product positioning and messaging for a leading portfolio of wines and spirits.
Market Intelligence: conducts market research to establish trends in the market and spot opportunities.
Demand Generation: develops strategies that will drive demand for the portfolio. Manages and executes these strategies.
Innovation: creates,develops and executes marketing campaigns and product launches.
Inspire and Influence others: inspires the Sales team; provides tools that will assist with selling the portfolio. Builds long term and fruitful relationships with Suppliers.

The Candidate:
An ambitious, self-starter who is adept at managing a portfolio of products. Results oriented, you have proven ability to achieve greater market share and profitability through managing and promoting the assigned Brands and working closely with team members. You have an analytical mind; confident in manipulating and analysing data. You are also experienced in conceptualising and implementing impactful marketing programmes.
As the ambassador for your assigned Brands you are a powerful presenter, influencing suppliers and facilitating training. You must possess a degree in a business related field, preferably Marketing or International Business. You must have excellent negotiation, communication and time management skills.
Fluency in Spanish and/or French would be an asset.
