Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies designed to enhance the internal and external image of the organization and ensure that the company achieves the annual KPI targets.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for increasing the company's market share, maintaining and improving its relationship with its stakeholders and building public and employee awareness of its activities.

Academic Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
• Post graduate qualification in Marketing or Communications.

Experience

• At least Five (5) years’ experience in corporate communications or sales and marketing environment.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Working knowledge of community relations strategies and opportunities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills
• Excellent networking and influencing skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent Event management skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• An honest and confidential disposition is desirable and necessary
