The Marketing Manager at Oscar Francois Limited is an exciting opportunity for you to join a vibrant, goal oriented team in the Consumer Division. The Incumbent will be responsible for managing the resources available for the assigned department to achieve or surpass business targets. Build and grow relationships with suppliers and develop the marketing arm of the division.

What are we looking for?
The successful candidate will be based at our Head Office in POS.
We will consider applicants with:
1-2 years Supervisory Experience
4-5 years’ experience in Middle to Senior Management position in the Marketing, Business and Sales field and in a fast paced business environment.
2-3 years in a similar position would be an asset.

Key Responsibilities and Performance Standards:
Effectively lead the marketing team to consistently exceed net sales and gross profit targets through execution of the approved plans.
Provide operational leadership to the department to ensure human capital is effectively managed and developed.
Identify and lead the research needs of individual brands.
Develop, plan and be accountable for the management and reporting of the A&P budgets.
Guide the development of the brand and category plans on an annual basis or in line with Principal expectations.
Owns and strengthens in-depth win-win relationships with principals.
Collaborate with the Business Development team on assessment and execution of new opportunities.
Manage the human resource capital assigned towards improving their contribution and growth in the organization.
Follow the existing policies and procedures of the organization towards achieving company goals. Promote inter and intra-department partnering.
Prepare accurate and timely reports as required
